Inpatient Phlebotomist, part time, days

The Phlebotomist works under the general supervision of the Lab Preanalytical Manager and serves as an integral member of the Laboratory department. The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection, ordering and submission of samples for analysis, while assuming responsibility for the preparation, safety and comfort of patients during the procedure.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED, or higher education
• Valid State of Michigan drivers license
• BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association
• Phlebotomist certification preferred
