Requirements

• Design Lead: Leads design efforts in all phases.
• Client Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with clients and keeping them informed of project progress.
• Team Collaboration: Fosters a commitment to the team.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor and direct the emerging staff.
• Client Presentations: Preparing and conducting presentations to clients.
• Programming and Space Planning: Conducts programming efforts, space planning, and layout.
• Concept Development: Develops innovative design concepts.
• Visualization: Renders conceptual design ideas and creates 2D and 3D presentations.
• Documentation: Ability to prepare, correct, and update design documents across all phases.
• Time Management: Keeps the project or phase of a project on schedule.
• Budgeting: Estimating material requirements and preliminary costs accurately.
• Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in tools such as, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Code Knowledge: Review documents for adherence to building codes and ADA.
• Material Knowledge: Understanding of various materials, durability, applications, finishes, and furnishings.
• Sustainable Design: Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
