Hog Island Oyster Co. is looking for a Farm Crew Worker to join our team! This is a full-time position that works a varied schedule, depending on the tides.

• Follows direction of Farm Foreman and/or Farm General Manager
• Maintains a positive attitude, even in the toughest of work conditions
• Communication is clear and prompt
• Provide timely support to other departments
• Maintain an exceptional record of punctuality and attendance
