Hoffman Brothers is a leading HVAC provider seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Professional to lay out, assemble, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems. This role requires weekend work, a strong focus on customer communication, and the potential for growth within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The position involves on-site customer communication, training, and ensuring high-quality installations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience in the HVAC field
• Valid driver’s license
• Universal EPA Certification
• All employees must consider safety as their primary job
• Physical requirements to perform routine tasks
