Safety Professional Intern Summer 2026 - Idaho

The Safety Professional Intern Summer 2026 will work on the construction project site, assisting the Safety Department. The intern will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, company policies, and the owner's requirements while actively contributing to an injury-free work environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in construction safety.

Requirements

• Demonstrates technical construction safety knowledge.
• Ability to conduct field observations and interventions.
• Experience in safety training and providing contractor orientation.
• Knowledge of hazard communication program and global harmonization system.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with project management software like Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of construction.
• High level of visual observation and interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Physical ability to work in varied weather conditions.
