Field Superintendent

Hoffman Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead field construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals. The role requires a strong understanding of construction methods, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety. The position is for a full-time, on-site position in Boise, Idaho.

Requirements

• Oversee field construction activities (civil, structural, architectural, MEP).
• Direct trade partners and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Lead daily supervisor coordination meetings.
• Monitor field productivity and identify/resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain detailed field reports and documentation.
