Job Description
Hoffman Construction is seeking a Project Manager for its Operations Department to oversee all phases of construction, including preconstruction, procurement, scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, and subcontractor management. The role requires a project leader who can drive project performance, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Requirements
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with project management software (Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Bluebeam)
- Experience with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360)
- Training in design and construction document reading
- Experience in organizing technical data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
