BIM Coordinator

Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support their team in the development and management of a complex data center construction project. This role focuses on providing technical support in the on-site BIM Department, managing site activities, coordinating with project and IT teams, and ensuring model integrity. The position requires flexibility to accommodate project schedule changes and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Four to seven (4-7) years' experience in architectural, engineering or construction (AEC) industry.
• Experience in complex commercial projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible work schedule.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industry preferred.
