Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Selective Solder team at Kentec Electronics Ltd, a leading manufacturer of independent fire control panels. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, training, and support to team members, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality requirements, and working closely with other departments to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or as a production supervisor
- Knowledge of quality procedures and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow documented policies and procedures
