Community Association Manager

PAMco is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee operations in HOA communities, managing capital initiatives, financial acumen, and serving as the primary liaison between the board of directors, homeowners, and committees.

Requirements

• Manage all aspects of community operations
• Regularly attend and facilitate Board and Annual Meetings
• Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly
• Supervise staff and manage payroll when applicable
• Handle financial tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts
• Develop and present the annual budget to stakeholders
