Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the schedule, budget, quality, safety, and relationships of construction projects. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing negotiations, client expectations, and dispute resolution to effectively manage risk and achieve project goals. The project manager will create/monitor budgets and production, manage paperwork, and ensure project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in large, complex facility construction
- Mixed-use and/or Office construction experience preferred
- Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement
- Computer skills including MS Office and scheduling software
