Job Description
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring construction projects to ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and regulations. This role involves coordinating with owners, field personnel, and the design team to ensure a smooth installation of construction materials and control systems. The position may require travel up to 30% of the time.
Requirements
- Study and understand construction drawings and specs
- Develop work schedules for installation of new industrial systems
- Participate in Closeout Meeting between Architect/Engineer and Contractor
- Develops and manages various aspects of contract documents
- Utilize software management tools
- Maintain coordination between contractors on site
- Maintain Observation Report logs, Daily Reports and Progress Photos
- Participate in Pre-Construction Conference
- Coordinate punch list work
- Assist with A/E drawings & specifications
- Coordinate with project team and schedule milestones
- Review Closeout Checklist
