Requirements
- Manage daily and long-term story flows
- Use audience data to inform coverage decisions
- Elevate reporters' stories by seizing opportunities for in-depth features and guides
- Communicate quickly and effectively with reporters
- Demonstrate a high comfort level with analyzing and interpreting metrics
- Conceptualize and assign stories aimed at growing digital subscriptions
- Develop the talents of staffers
