Senior Learning & Development Trainer

HNI Corporation is seeking a Senior L&D Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences for sales teams and dealer organizations. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, strong presentation and facilitation skills, and experience developing training that supports selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Deliver live, virtual, and in-person sales training
• Design and facilitate training that supports real sales conversations and field execution
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to align learning with sales priorities and performance metrics
• Stay current on industry, competitive, and market dynamics to ensure training relevance
• Serve as a visible, trusted training partner and brand ambassador within the sales organization
