Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 year or above experience in operation support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in call centre or administrative support is a plus
- Good in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
