- Leading a team of Level Two Facility Staff
- Conducting regular checks on all facilities and reporting any damage
- Executing special projects and large-scale event-specific work
- Performing any assigned tasks, including emergency work
- Maintaining proficiency in Cantonese and simple English
- Having four years of relevant work experience
- Possessing relevant certifications in sports facility management, cleaning, or housekeeping
- Wearing uniform and working on a rotational schedule from 7:00 AM to 10:15 PM
- Working an average of six days a week, with eight hours a day
