Senior Executive Officer (CESAME), Office of the Dean of Science

The Research Centre for Exercise Science and Medicine (CESAME) invites applications for a Senior Executive Officer to join its team. The appointee will provide high-level executive support to the Director and Deputy Directors, coordinating the Centre’s day-to-day operations, contributing to HKBU’s mission of achieving global excellence in sport science, exercise medicine, and health innovation.

Requirements

• Recognised bachelor’s degree (preferably a master’s) in administration, management, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in higher education, research management, or project coordination
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proven ability to manage complex administrative functions effectively
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving ability and experience in process improvement
• Self-motivated, adaptability, and committed to professional integrity
• Enthusiastic about supporting CESAME’s multidisciplinary and international mission
