Project Manager / Project Assistant Manager, Office of the Dean of Creative Arts

The School of Creative Arts (SCA) is seeking a high-calibre individual to join the Dean's Office as a Project Manager / Project Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will lead the planning, development, and execution of large-scale events, provide administrative support, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A recognised bachelor's degree
• 7 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proven experience in project management in the tertiary education sector
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
