Provider Relations Manager

Hive Health and HPPI is looking for a Provider Relations Manager to lead their provider network strategy, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention of healthcare providers. The role requires strategic foresight and hands-on execution, with a focus on building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, healthcare, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, account management, partnerships, business development, or a leadership role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience handling contracts or agreements preferred
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Comfortable working with data and using systems or tools to track performance and drive improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners
