As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be part of Hitachi Energy's business. General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work, including face-to-face or remote sales to new or existing customers. Assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products, services, and/or solutions.
Requirements
- Marketing and sales-oriented personality
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering background with at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the vital infrastructure sector
- A proven sales record will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Data Transmission Systems (fiber optical communication systems, packet-based, IP, MPLS, TDM), preferably in connection with Mission Critical Communication applications in vital infrastructure domains like Electric Utilities, Rail/Metro Transportation, Oil & Gas, and Air Traffic Management
- Result-oriented, customer-focused personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Conversant with commercial aspects of contracts in international business
- Self-driven with strong initiative, highly committed team player with the ability to manage/orchestrate external and internal stakeholders towards Hitachi Energy's goals
- Fluent communication skills both written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional widely spoken European language(s) would be a plus
