Job Description
Hitachi Digital is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to lead the complete customer experience, resolve critical technical issues, and demonstrate skills in system design and implementation. The role involves researching, documenting, and prioritizing issues, mentoring team members, and providing technical support. It is a key component of Hitachi's ambition to become a premier global player in the digital transformation market.
Requirements
- 18+ months in Salesforce Development and Integration
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform including cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations
- Familiarity with Certinia PSA (desired)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems & applications.
- Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development and collaboration.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components.
