Operations Manager Germany (m/w/d)

HiSERV is a leading provider of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) market. We are looking for an Operations Manager to support our Country Manager Germany and drive operational excellence across our workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
• Extensive experience in workshop management, maintenance, operations, or technical leadership, preferably in GSE industry
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and process optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Proficiency with ERP systems and operational workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment willing to go the extra mile
• Proficient in German and English, both verbal and written
• Flexibility to travel for business needs on a regular basis
