Job Description
Head of Legal (m/w/d) responsible for overseeing all legal and risk matters within the organization, protecting the company legally, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through legal expertise.
Requirements
- Completed degree in German and preferably international Law.
- Relevant professional experience as a Legal Counsel or in a comparable role – preferably with international exposure.
- Knowledge and experience of corporate law as well as general civil and contract law (labor law is not a focus).
- Knowledge of managing external law firms or legal service providers, with a solid understanding of business and commercial contexts.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
