Partnerships Account Manager

The Partnerships Account Manager will be responsible for managing key IAR/AR partners in PSC and APC lines to deliver revenue contribution and growth. The role involves optimising accounts and performance via detailed analysis and identifying trends, communicating partner strategies and aligning them with Hiscox's own strategy.

Requirements

• Deliver Partnership GWP targets and contribution to Direct and Partnerships growth
• Develop strategic plans for each partner, articulating where both parties' independent strategies cross over and where this creates opportunity for success
• Manage partner budgets and financial targets in line with internal measures and KPIs
• Manage all partner meetings and engagements with well planned, structured, and documented deliverables
• Work with the Partnerships Marketing Executive to ensure marketing plans are effectively delivered
• Service Centre engagement
