- Coordination and allocation of manpower to support company quality activities.
- Setting company objectives and related training.
- Developing and executing a company quality plan.
- Maintaining and monitoring the training system.
- Developing standardized methods and processes for the Quality area.
- Financial management and budget controls for the Quality department.
- Communicating with customers and vendors.
- Project scoping, kickoff, and closure meetings.
- Utilizing customer portals.
