Job Description
HireLatam is seeking a highly organized Construction Coordinator to support the successful delivery of three self-storage development projects. The role involves managing documents, schedules, approvals, procurement tracking, cost controls, and closeout tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, follow-through, and keeping multiple moving pieces aligned across design, pre-construction, procurement, and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, or PM support experience
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of scheduling, procurement, and document control
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout workflows
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
