HR Executive | Klang

The HR Executive will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, support onboarding processes, and assist in general HR operations. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of HR experience. The job is open for negotiation in terms of salary.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure in recruitment
• Familiar with recruitment processes and basic HR operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and work well in a team
