Job Description
HireHawk is seeking a precise and data-driven Inventory & Demand Planner to forecast product demand, track inventory accuracy, and support purchasing decisions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure efficient operations and cash flow. Success is measured by maintaining 98% SKU accuracy and delivering forecast variance within +/- 10%.
Requirements
- 3 + years in inventory planning or demand forecasting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data models)
- Experience with mainstream ERP or inventory management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field
