Job Description
Hireframe is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team. The role is critical in managing AR, AP, expense coding, and collections, particularly during a transition from QuickBooks Online to NetSuite. The position requires attention to detail, Excel skills, and proactive communication with various teams.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with QBO and/or NetSuite
- Familiarity with Tipalti and Ramp
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Effective communicator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
