We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Designer to bridge the gap between design and development. This role involves building websites from concept to launch, balancing aesthetics, performance, and conversion. The ideal candidate will be a hybrid designer-developer who enjoys building functional, beautiful, high-converting sites.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience designing and building full websites in Webflow and/or Shopify.
• Proficient in Figma for wireframing, component design, and responsive prototyping.
• Strong eye for typography, composition, and conversion-focused design.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
