This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and leading ad campaigns, managing the creative process from ideation to delivery, and collaborating with designers and clients. The position is fully remote, with potential for AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, campaign concepting, or ad/email design (preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment)
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven ads or emails with measurable results
- Excellent at bridging creative and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of marketing psychology and audience behavior
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and maintain clear communication across teams
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Bonus Points: Experience managing creative feedback loops or workflows between clients and design teams, Background in marketing, communications, or psychology.
