Senior Property Accountant - Industrial

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• CPA designation (or intention to work toward CPA designation) is preferred
• Three years of public accounting experience or 4 years of professional accounting experience
• 3+ years of prior management experience
• Commercial real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency utilizing various systems including Oracle & JD Edwards
• Ability to lift 5-35 lbs
• Ability to work overtime
• 3+ years prior management experience.
