The Supervisor Maintenance role is responsible for directing and overseeing the functionality and safety of the facility at the Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, conducting facility inspections, and maintaining documentation for energy management and conservation programs.

Requirements

• Oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and grounds
• Conduct facility inspections
• Assign, verify, and document completion of all routine maintenance and repairs
• Participate in obtaining required licenses and permits
