The Grand Wailea Resort in Maui is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers. The role will involve researching and soliciting new leads, negotiating contracts, and developing business strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of one year of Hotel experience in guest contact areas
• Previous sales experience
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Adaptable to schedule changes
• Highly professional presentations and oral and written communication skills
