Requirements
- Ensure a gracious, warm welcome for each guest
- Escort guests to their seats with poise and hospitality
- Maintain an acute awareness of the dining flow
- Communicate with servers and chefs to accommodate special requests
- Provide anticipatory service
- Assist with maintaining the pristine presentation of the entrance and dining areas
