L&D Manager

A Training Manager will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation through the development of function excellence among Team Members. The Training Manager will support learning and development initiatives through Hilton's comprehensive training framework, and will perform tasks such as developing training plans and calendars, monitoring and conducting learning and development reviews, and inducting, coaching, and mentoring new Team Members.
