Assist with the preparation of the Human Resources department's activities and projects, perform tasks such as project coordination, communication, team support, and event coordination.
Requirements
- Coordinate projects and activities with the department
- Maintain communication with relevant departments
- Assist team members with their requests
- Draft informational emails on behalf of the department
- Keep each department's filing system up to date
- Assist with team member recognition activities
- Assist in coordinating company events
- Support team members in training activities
- Attend meetings
- Familiarize with and follow emergency procedures
- Maintain a good working relationship with other departments and employees
