Human Resources Manager

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with strong Industrial Relations expertise and knowledge of Australian legislation, or comparable experience
• Extensive background in team member engagement, recruitment and learning and development activities
• Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels
• A customer service approach to human resources & excellent interpersonal skills
• A Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
