Human Resources Intern

A Human Resource Intern is responsible for managing HR administration responsibilities to deliver an excellent staff experience while supporting employee relations and departmental goals. The role requires full availability for 4 months and is a part of a student internship program.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate with a requirement for work integrated learning/internship
• Previous experience in or equivalent role is an asset but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on their own or in teams
• Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook
