The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting Guest Service Agents in checking in and checking out guests, while providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a positive working relationship with the team.

Requirements

• Must be fully flexible to work 7A-3P, 3P-11P, and weekends are a must
• High school degree or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a hospitality or front office setting preferred
