Dining Room Supervisor, SER Steak and Spirits - Hilton Anatole

We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to join the team at SER Steak + Spirits in Hilton Anatole. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, fine dining and a positive approach to hospitality. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will assist management in directing and administering the restaurant, and be responsible for supervising, supporting, and training team members.

• Solidified knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fine dining atmosphere
• Detail-oriented approach to work
• Previous experience working in a time-sensitive atmosphere
