Requirements
- Proven Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience
- Strong Operations background with F&B experience
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise
- Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement
