A Rang Chef is responsible for serving guests in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner to offer an excellent experience, having a deep knowledge of the menu offers.

Requirements

• Manage guest requests in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure that you know the menu and all products
• Ensure that the mise-en-place is correctly prepared and well-stocked in all dining areas
• Follow the correct procedures for reporting problems
• Ensure that food and beverage orders are of consistently high standards and delivered in a timely manner
• Respect Hilton's grooming standards
• Respect the hotel's safety regulations
