Catering Sales and Event Manager - Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton

As Catering Sales and Event Manager, you will be responsible for developing market segment(s), soliciting new customer relationships, and negotiating business through proposals and contracts to close business. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients, selling and influencing both internal and external clients, and ensuring high quality service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel catering and events experience
• Hotel Catering sales management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Delphi FDC preferred
• Hawai‘i market knowledge highly preferred
