Requirements

• At least three (3) years of banquet leadership experience in an upscale environment is required
• Manage daily Banquet functions
• Oversee the set up of function rooms
• Monitor and develop team member performance
• Recruit, interview and train team members
• Communicate function specifications, procedures and changes with affected departments
