• Assist in the management of all Front Office operations
• Monitor and develop team member performance
• Recruit, interview and train team members
• Assist in monitoring and assessing service and satisfaction trends
• Oversee the VIP guest process
• Assist with up-selling techniques
• Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products and services
