Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative

The Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative processes financial transactions, provides customer service, and assists with account maintenance. The role will relocate to Prosper in late 2026.

Requirements

• Provides excellent customer service
• Processes a variety of transactions
• Assists tellers with escalated and complex transactions
• Performs vault duties
• Responds to routine inquiries
• Offers notary service
• Performs branch opening and closing duties
• Opens new accounts and cross sells bank products and services
• Performs general maintenance on customer accounts
