Job Description
Hillside Farm is seeking a Youth Care Professional I to support the daily functioning of residents, delivering relationship-based, trauma-informed solutions to youth and families. This role focuses on creating a warm and safe environment, including mentoring, support services, and ensuring residents' safety. It requires high performance standards and adherence to established programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification or prior 60-day expiration
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: (Hillside Professional Competencies, Emotional Competence, Cultural Competence, etc.)
