Job Description
George Mason University Hillel is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization. The role involves implementing a strategic plan to serve students and the wider Jewish community in Northern Virginia. The director will be responsible for developing new strategies, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing operations, and providing leadership in fundraising and community engagement. The organization is unique as it supports a growing population with a focus on diverse Jewish backgrounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven success in strategic planning, team management, financial resource development, stakeholder relations, and inspiring pluralistic Jewish life.
- Strong supervision skills to manage and inspire a staff team.
