Assistant Director of Jewish Life for Communications and Development at Elon University

Elon University is seeking a Creative, Detailed, Organized, and Welcoming Assistant Director of Jewish Life for Communications and Development. This 40-hour position involves creating and delivering compelling communications, leading marketing strategies, and managing fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a great team member and experienced in digital storytelling and data analysis.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of post-bachelor’s experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication, social media savvy and program management skills
• Willing and able to staff and attend Jewish Life events
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience (including graduate assistantships/apprenticeships) in communications, development and/or Jewish community work
• Demonstrated experience with building and managing donor relations
• Demonstrated experience with managing data
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience (including graduate assistantships/apprenticeships) in communications, development and/or Jewish community work strongly preferred.
